wuga98 0 Report post Posted August 27, 2008 I saw quite a few as i am also searching for one. I read somewhere that there is a shop in Tanjong Katong that sells one of the better one. In addition, i have seen a shop at Jelita/cold storage and also Serene Center that specialises in BBQ stuff which also carries the portable BBQ pits. I have still not found that one i am looking for, if you come across one that can switch between charcoal and gas, PM me. Thanks Hi all, May I know where can i find portable BBQ pit. wuga98 0 Report post Posted August 27, 2008 had a quick looked at the website, the one they are selling is running on gas. Will have to go down and see if they have more. Maybe can try Marquez Living, saw some nice one down there, I think some run on gas. http://www.marquezliving.com/ one more place you may want to check them out, Natural Living, they are selling furniture but do have quite a large range of portable BBQ pits. I at times like the charcoal smell of my meat so, a dual cooking mode will be more versatile. Over the years, i have also acquired a strange behaviour of eating my beef plain (without all the seasoning or marination), this gives me the perfect taste for my buds and keep my seasoning separate on the side if i need to use it at some pt. Try it, you may like that!! i think the expat forum he is refering to could be this one below, http://www.expatsingapore.com/forum/ cannot say you will find GEM here but no harm squating and look and see.
