And what if only the master bedroom has aircon? this is what we did last time 2 room ,1master with toilet (2person) and common without toilet(1person). both with aircon utilities and rent: 65% for master 35% for common usually for ur case, the land lord will rent out the room include PUB, that will be more easier and fair to other. what we did last time : -master with aircon and toilet 1person $700, 2 person $850 -common wth aircon without toilet 1 person $ 400, 2 person 550 -without aircon u can min$50-75/month or maybe $100 or the other way is ...the rented include pub,and the bill of pub max for $250/month if the bill more than $250 permonth the rest share again lor.... hope this help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
