enz 0 Report post Posted August 16, 2008 Hi all, my renovator uses his own haulage, and disposal by his own workers. How come town council will send me a letter to pay 267.50 for haulage fee? is this fee compulsary to pay regardless of using the haulage service?

enz 0 Report post Posted August 16, 2008 what ur contractor say about this? do u ask ur contractor already? my renovation has already been completed, and i just received the letter on aug 14th. i'll ask my contractor tomorrow, but from hdb website, it says 3.2 The flat owner shall pay for the haulage and debris removal services provided by the Town Council, where applicable. where applicable, me nor my contractor used town council haulage, and we did not throw debris anywhere. pay what. kewin 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2009 (edited) Call up Town Council and asked, just a simple telephone could resolved your issue. Alert and prompt your contractor that you had called up Town Council and check the information.. Edited June 4, 2009 by kewin
