rubbishbin 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 Priscilla, i see that you've done quite a lot of comparison. do keep in mind that different contractors, different workmanship & years of experience... I know 2 bosses and 1 ID, all from different companies. Firstly, is Ah Kee who deals with all my bosses' renovations. i have 5 bosses. he's in charge of all of our office building's renovation works, which is 5 storey high and more than 10 years old. he's not very modern but my boss says he charges reasonably. all my bosses very picky and stingy one. LOL Secondly is Mr Pang from Squareroom. i'm his brother's friend and i've been to their place, workmanship very smooth and nice. highly suspect only renovated their kitchen cos look very new and comfy. Thirdly is an ID who works for Prestige Image and Build. has got very experienced contractors. what i know of is that Ron got a client who signed a contract with him after signing with another. reason being the other company overcharged him for the same renovation works. so they had to show the previous ID Ron's quotation and they'll cancel off the contract. think might forfeit the deposit though... Second one offered me commission, but i'm not interested. defeat the purpose la. intro you guys cos you all need reasonable pricing but i still wanna earn from you all... so no need to mention my name. interested just PM me.
