junxian 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2008 (edited) Spent quite a few weekend to source for a "fated" ID. Went to IMM, the 2 ID advertise here as well as I-Deal House for layout design and qoute. Trip to IMM but was disspointed. Both firm quoted far higher than our budget. Shortlisted 2 finally ID , quote wise ; it was favorable to the first ID , was about to sign with him. But decided to went to see the workmanship of both before signing and glad that we did that. what we saw is 2 different kind of standard... even though the 2nd ID quote was on the high side, the workmanship is really impressive compare to the other. so yeah .. finally signed with I-Deal house ... and here is the first draft from my ID Living with wallpaper feature wall Mbr Entrance half height shoe rack will post 2nd draft after lunch ! Will be using this design but with draft 1 settee instead... find it will troublesome to pull it out Decided to keep the initial MBR color instead... oops forgot to post kitchen. will be changing to a flat hood instead to get more cabinet space.
