I want to source out for other rather than to let this current contractor do. Quite disappointed Delay for 1 months still not yet complete.. One of them also quoted me $17 pfr for Light Box (for cove lighting also). And I dun think this includes the electrical work! It seems very expensive to me. I've asked the ID to requote. Just to let other newbies like me here know, your IDs won't tell you the price psf.
