Condo Privatized From Hdb

i remember last time, hdb privatized some hdb flats into condo, like normanton park, gillman heights, pine grove, ivory heights (i'm more familiar with the west side), do they still do such things now?

from HUDC. not from HDB.

Yes. people are still trying to do that. such shunfu n eunosville.

i see, i see, but since there is no new HUDC now, after they convert all HUDC to condo, will they start converting some HDB flats into condo?

for govt to convert from HDB to Condos, VERY UNLIKELY.

at least it will be SERS only. which is better for flat owners

than privatisation.

for other HUDC estates trying to privatising. I dont know.

there are still some HUDC estates around. Look at Sat

classified ads.

Now Govt land sales price is at $180+ psf. Not worth

to privatise n enbloc. That game is SO over.

Yep agreeed. Nowadays good land they en bloc and sell to private developer then easier to manage.

I am interested in a HUDC ShunFu right now and I heard privatization is in progress, anyone know the cost per household for this process?

Is there any other cost we can expect after our purchase
