Need to do any praying inside or outside the hse? if you r into taoism(praying dua peh kong..etc). then buy a few hundred million dollars and burn them at the voiddeck of your new house. nowadays got happy meal type package, think $8-$10 includes everything like josssticks/candles except lighters. We'll be getting the keys to our resale apartment on August 14 and probably start renovations asap - the bathrooms and kitchen are in bad condition. We're Chinese, free-thinkers and have found the basics of feng shui interesting and sometimes beneficial for our family & home.
