All the developments will share the same finishings and colour scheme. That is cool man ... it is very hard to find discussion related with telok kurau area project ... I think there are some right in front that's covered. But I really think The Verte is one of the better projects in TK area if not for the price... I been visiting the site bi weekly I did not know the facade is going to be the same for the 3 projects ... Townhouse.Nice quiet area, but it's getting a bit more crowded due to the many new developments sprouting out everywhere. For every old house torn down, developer builds 10 new apartments. So, free off street parking is now a problem. Telok Kurau Road, East Coast Road and Marine Parade Road now getting more and more congested.But this area is a nice place. Plenty of food.
