Help! Couch Cannot Fit Through Door

yes, worst nightmare came through and the 3-seater cant fit thru lift door or main or back doorway. Sux big time. Now deciding whether can get credit refund to change different smaller couch or hire a crane or pulley system to haul couch up 9 storeys.

Anyone has any idea on crane rental costs or professional movers that can pulley piano/couches up 9 storeys? Appreciate pm. Thx

2.4m x 1m x 1m. But apparently all my doorways are just slightly smaller than that. Mega bummer. Sigh

personal experience on my sofa: the guys dismantle the arm rest, bring into the house, then fix back.

You purchase your sofa without delivery ??? If inclusive, then the shop must provide you with a viable solution without additional cost at your end.

Otherwise, I think it is only fair that the shop allow you to change to another model/item. Try to talk to the shop for a solution.

Ok. Will b trying that route. Still hoping able to get thru the original couch. If change to smaller couch doubt will be able to get credit for the price differential. Somemore must wait long long too

Shop will change 3seater to 2.5seater refunding difference in price. But need to wait 3 more mths for delivery sigh. Shop folks were quite professional. Will do biz with them again anytime
