its 10yo

last time she eat too much cold thing/food (liang) and everynite harddly to breath after my brother gv her eat heaty food (durian and mutton) she get well. but thats all only temporary

Recently my son has breathless too. Admitted to hosiptal & stayed for 3 days.

The doc has given him the ventolin puff & preventor med. It helped alot and the airway was opened immediately. As & when he has asthma & breathless systoms at home, we will give him the ventolin puff.

It helps.

If your niece has this problem so often, she should be under ventolin & preventor medicine daily. These med need to be continuous for a few mths, if serious it need to take for a year or more.

Bring her to KKH asap. KKH specialist has a group of asthma doc, not bad.

Now I am controlling my son to take cold drinks & ice-cream. Think you need to remind your family do not give her anymore cold food.

Miss-out something. Do not bring her to the normal GP. They always prescribed normal ventolin syrup which doesnt help much. Only control for the time being & asthma will come back as & when.

If your brother doestn want to go to KKH, then bring her to those doc who specialise in Children. Once they know he/she has asthma & breathless systoms, immediately they will prescribe the puff.

Please do not delay. That time we doesnt noe it was so serious, end up the doc immediatley sent my son to A&E. It was so heart pain.
