Any Plastering And Painting Contractor To Recommend?

I hope to get some quotations from contractors who are more specialised in plastering and painting as the quotation i received from my ID is rather high on this area.

I asked him why so high, he told me that's the market price after checking with a few sub con.

I have a very high wall / ceiling. Not plastering nor painting the ceiling, but the walls. It is about 5m high... so the contractor has included a price for scaffolding, saying cannot use ladder for such high places. The price for the scaffolding is $1000. Anyone knows the market price for this?
