Cost Of Engaging Professional Painters

Recommended Posts

wondering how much it would cost to get somebody to repaint a 3 bedroom and two hall apartment (about 1550 sqft)?

probably going for the cheaper emulsion paint.

do the painters give a breakdown of labour and paint costs. and who usuallydecides how many painters are put on the job and the number of days to complete the job?

lastly, any "professional" painters to recommend? or can i just get a general contractor to do it for less?

sorry for the noobish questions, but this is the first time i am engaging one.

well my friend got some indian guy to do it for like 200 bucks

which was insane

for general maybe a bit tough to be that much lower cos they will do it for market rate (as per wat i have seen so far)

another factor to consider is the reputation. cos painting walls is not just 1 coat. better that these fellas dont skive

I cannot tell you the price but i have seen dulux and ici having a promo now, use their paint and also they will recommend their appointed contractor to do the job. It comes with warranty.

I saw a table with some std pricing but have misplace them, wud suggest you tell them the psf, room, etc and see if they can meet your budget. Hope this helps.
