MANSORY WORKS:

1) To supply and lay new ceramic wall tiles at master toilet $1,100.00

up to ceiling height (43 sft area)

2) To supply and lay new ceramic floor tiles at master toilet (43 sft) $390.00

PAINTING WORKS:

1) Painting for whole house with ici pentalite $1,250.00

PLUMBING WORKS:

1) To install sink at kitchen $90.00

2) Supply labour to install new basin at common toilet $60.00

3) Supply labour to install new sitting pan at 2 toilets $240.00

4) To supply and install culture marble vanity basin at $480.00

master toilet

GENERAL WORKS :

1) Haulage and debris removal services of materials $450.00

ur wall tiles and floor tiles is definitely too expensive...

i done my kitchen+2 toilet wall tiles at 4.7k, 2 toilet floor tiles at 1.1k...how can your 1 toilet be so expensive? n mine is a 5rm (128 sq mt). my contractor charge me about $6.40 /ft, urs is about $9/ft?????
