Any Advice How Much Bedroom & 2 Toilets Will Cost?

Hi guys, wondering if I can get any kind advice on the kind of quotations I willi be getting to mentally prep myself first?

I'm entasked with the wedding & reno preps as fiance not ard in sg. Am afraid I become carrot head let others chop. I'm working around a tight budget and these are the items I'll like to have redone:

- kitchen toilet - change tiles, basin, toilet bowl

- MBR toilet - change tiles, 2 basin, toilet bowl, shower casement

- MBR + 1 room - hack wall, re-tile, walk in wardrobe, platform bed

- living room - feature wall

i will like to know also hacking of wall neccesarily means involve to retile the whole area?

changing of kitchen cabinets doors is as good as changing everything?

If I get ID to design, will I get to keep the drawing as reference?

went to RED DOT at the expo... saw their package on kitchen and 2 toilet.... abt 13k.... still considering to take up or not... but did a reseach... found it reasonable....

I'm curious as most packages I've come across cost abt 15.5K - 18K.

Depends on what you do for MBR. IMO kitchen is the most expensive, esp for resale as involve hacking of floor and wall tiles, disposal of debris, waterproofing, installing new water pipes, carpentary, work top, door to kitchen etc.

I checked around as I'm planning to re-do kitchen and toilets next yr and kitchen can cost anywhere from 8-15K depending on what you need done.

Normally, package quoted is 20ft kitchen which is 10ft top and 10ft bottom which is very small. You might need to top up for additional ft. Also hidden, normally it does not include electrical works/re-wiring works and also things like wall taps besides basin taps.

Normally the packages go by types of flats. e.g. 4room, or 5 room...
