If mine is not premium flat I would have choose that too. Ok ask yourself this question 1st, do you intend to have main light **** and dinning area with downlights as support? If yes then it is quite straight forward and you dont need so many downlights too. If no you might need to do false ceiling for the whole ceiling instead of some "pattern" Another thing is do you intend to just have halogen lights or just PLC or mixture? For halogen lights they consume more electricity and is warmer. No such thing as energy saving yet.
