I agree with you about those spooky things. I have moved many times and there were indeed some corners of the flat/house that would cause some uneasy feeling. For one of the rental flat, any of my friends who slept in that guest room felt uneasy, except for one fierce lady friend. Many of them had weird dreams. For a flat that I used to own at Teban Gardens, a few told me that the spooky corner is at the guest toilet area and that they saw some 'things'. For my grandparent's old place, the 3rd floor attic was the spooky one. Only my daring and fierce uncle dare to stay up there. Even passing the stairways to the attic brought on goose pimples. Anyway, my friend recommended that we threw a handful of rice at all corners of the house when we first move into any place and say something like "excuse me, this is my place now". Thus, I like to open up all the room doors and windows, even if it meant having to spend extra few minutes each evening to close up the windows.
myworld 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 kastlekonfusion, i used to live in haunted flat, heard noises on my bed while i am sleeping alone. my hand being pulled, saw black hand on top my head, black marks on my body. that was in yishun. door opened and closed by itself, spooky that is why we moved out. many of my yishun friends encountered such freaking things. when flat is always empty, best not to put beds. throw salt is good to rid off evils, unclean things. i believe every home have spooking things hanging around.
