Agreed, Aves, especially all those aunties and uncles with new CPF money...this is their kind of target market...they won't raise a storm like we do and more likely to brush their woes away...

On another note, don't look like house will be completed this weekend...sigh...

ya that why these lousy companies can get away with it. im kinda lucky i decided to follow forummers advice not to commit to anything at exhibitions. so far, all of the company i've visited at expo have quite negative reviews here. I guess thats why they need to go there to get business cos none of their customers want to recommend them to their friends. whereas those good companies actually have more than enough business purely by word of mouth and are too busy to attend such exhibitions...

anyway, I'm sure their quotation include project coordination which they did not provide maybe u can do something to get some 'discount' for the things they didnt do for u... worst case they don't agree then go to CASE and RADAC and give them ****

Thanks, Congee, almost there, just left some of our personal projects, some plumbing and touch ups. Congratulations on the completion!! You must be very tired already, welcome to the phase 2, where you move things in

But I think, safe to say, ID abandoned this project already hahahaha..2 weeks haven't called, not interested in his 10% it seems. Still have a few touch up on his side, but I can do those for very little money compared to the 10%...anyway, we will complain to RADAC and Case eventually, he shouldn't be going around doing things like this right?

Woes? hmm..many. Well, the thing that we hated most is the lying. He's always trying to pull a fast one as though we are not aware of anything that is happening in our house. Like saying, 'Oh, table top people came twice to measure, that's why the delay'. They only came once, I know because i was there and at all other times the house is triple locked, so we are there when people are doing work. Or when people don't turn up, 'Oh they came in the morning, the house was locked, so they left'...what the ****, I was there too and nobody turned up hahaha...we are very proactive one
