Hi all, just got a quote to re-do my 2 toilets, for 5 room resale flat. Wonder if some of the items below are considered ex? Like eg shower screen (Saw some of u mentioned about $400-$600?), toilet bowls ? Not quite sure and would love to hear some expert comments here, Thanks!

1 supply & install 10mm clear tempered glass showerscreen

in one fix panel and one open door including shower kerb

Hard to say bro. For two toilets normally about 9-12K but include hacking and retiling and include basic fixtures.

I also thinking of re-doing. cannot tahan the pale shade of hoorrible blue wall tiles HDB has provided me with.
