The other quotes I got were in their hundreds...

my haulage is $450, but tiling is expensive. U need to add tiling + haulage together to see as a package.

ya, haulage is the thing that they chop u deep deep and yet u don't know, best kept secret. Coz some places the haulage is actually very cheap.

i was quoted $1k for haulage, which i find it very ex also. We rejected the quotation and the ID called back to initiate 'negotiation'. so u can actually slash haulage cost, they may if u have alot of carpentry works for them to absorb back the profit margin.

- Haulage fees for New HDB Flat is payable to e term contractor who sub e whole contract.

By TC rules, gota ngage them. $900-$1100. No need if gona cement screed whole unit by hdb. If laying parquet or laminate flooring, cement screed is olso provided by hdb, so e fees shd b lesser olso.

- Haulage fees for Resale HDB Flat is payable to e 'Demolition Contractor' ngage by ur ID/contractor.

Price range frm few hundreds - thousand +.

- Haulage fees for Condo, pte apt. & landed is payable to e 'Demolition Contractor' ngage by ur ID/contractor. Price range frm few hundreds - thousand +. But for works outside hdb, pte is olways higher in price. Condo & pte apt have their own set of rules, so contractor gota observe & end of e day, e $ is bear by client.
