I have got 6-7 quote for my partial renovation with almost the same requirement as you but seem like your deal is better than min. Lowest from 24k to 30k

think IDs in IMM are slightly more expensive by 10% than those station in HDB estate

ok..i will PM you. Actually better to look for those with resale package of kitchen & bathrooms which is more cheaper rather than asking the IDs to quote individual items which are more expensive base on my sourcing over the 3 weeks.

I haven't decide on whether to sign with them until viewing their showflats & workmanship..
