Location: Jalan Membina Blk 26D Flat: 4 room flat (90m sq) Key collection: Oct 2007 Renovation started : March 2008 Renovation status : Left with glass/mirror work Designer: Jason from Haier Living Renovation cost : not yet finalise (estimated $30K to 35K) Can someone tell me how to upload picture here.... kbp026 0 Report post Posted June 16, 2008 Part 3 (Renovation in Progrss) 1) Living room (living room color is too dark, going to repaint one side of the wall with a brighter colour) 2) Foyer 3) Passageway 4) Kitchen 5) Common toilet (shower screen not yet install) 6) mbr (pastal colour) Bedhead Bedhead half done. Still waiting for the fabrication of the fabric. I have conceal one of the window in the mbr but the room is still very bright in the morning 7) mbr toilet 8) Room 2 9) room 3 Hanging light in the bedroom 3. That's all for today. I am going to Jalan Membina now to take more pictures... My ID told me that they are installing the mirrorsand shower screens this week. Hope everythings complete asap because I wanted to move in by July. There will be a full height mirror at the dinning area, next to my TV feature wall. I bought the hanging light from Prima Lighting house, cost about $400 plus. The "shadow effect" on the wall and ceiling is very nice when I turn on the light at night.
