Old Terrace Near Holland Village - Are They For Sale?

I noticed a stretch of 1960's terraces behind Chip Bee Gardens. Does anyone know if these houses are owned by JTC? I understand that Chip Bee Gardens are managed by JTC. But not sure about those old terraces, particularly Jalan Merah Saga to Jalan Hitam Manis. Any feedback is appreciated!

Jalan Merah Saga and Jalan Hitam Manis are both part of Chip Bee Gardens.

The only thing available for private sale there is The Merasaga, which is a 99-yr condo.
