I do not know anyone over here even used this ID/Contractors before. But I would like to comment that the services is very poor.

I had made an appointment with this person, Raymond few days in advance for viewing and sms him my address immediately the conversation but in the end he did not turn up and caused me to rush all the way down from the end of West to North-East.

The reasons he gave that he did not received my sms on my address but he himself had already informed his colleagues that he got an appointment with me. Since he had already knew about this appointment, no matter where the address is, it doesn't seems to be a problem on it, right? I didn't even complaint about it and is willingly to wait for him if he is coming down on the spot. But in the end, he just keeps saying that I didn't sms him the address in advance (speak rudely and sound like fighting) and not interested to do it.

Hope you guys will understand how frustrated I will be if this happen to you and find a good ID/contractor.

Bad bad customer service. As a renovator, if he only wants to do biz ONCE, by all means he can continue behaving this way.
