hi,

i saw some forumers hoped to get more insight of *** design at braddell as there is a topic in this forum talking about them but not much updates and photos were posted regarding their renovation work.

fyi, they are associate with "*spam* service & consultant" who hold the hdb license and if i not wrong, *** is the inital of it's founder name.

i am currently on my final round of negotiation with dennis (the guy serving me) on the quotation for my sengkang resale 5 room flat renovation (revamping kitchen & 2 bathrooms plus some minor work for other part of the house).

i went to one of their newly renovated unit in sengkang to check out their workmanship last last weekend. and went to one of their tile supplier at balestier to check out the tile quality last weekend.

so far, what i can say is no negative comment nor postive comment, stay neutral for now. but their quotation are reasonable compare to others.

i am not looking so much for them to provide me creative ideas and design as i am doing pretty straight forward kind of renovation, moreover i already know what i wanted. therefore, price and workmanship are my priority for awarding the contract to.

i have pass the ball back to their court, so now i am waiting for them to come back to me if they are willing to accept my order.

if they do, most likely i will sign with them and i will update my renovation progress with photo upload here, so stay tune.

the ball now on my court, dennis has gave me his bottomline already, i still considering and also i need him to quote me optional items coz may wanted to revamp my living hall flooring. will decide by this weekend i think.

Warning to all the flat owners out there.

Try to avoid this ID. We had a terrible experience with this ID.

The staff was so unprofessional and rude, even tried to hit on my gf when she went down to the shop to ask for quotations. WTH....From the way they handle customers, I doubt anyone can trust them with your home.

Think carefully.

She's a bit shocked and dam pissed...dun think i wanna mention the name of the staff, but it appeared to me that they r a bunch of ah bengs who can barely be called DESIGNERS...i think they are more likely to screw up ur home than to help u build a dream home...

since you already started it, then do share the story, at least we can have better insight. sound unbelivable, why would the staff wanted to hit your gf for no reason unless that staff is out of his/her mind?

i will complain to alex personally when he's back. the reason i dint want to tell the story here bcuz he knows where we stay. but if u r really curious, i will expose him some other time.

im not sure about you guys, but whenever i see packages, i get suspicious...it's more likely u end up having to pay more in total.

there is no right or wrong which id or contractor to engage, everyone of us have our own expectation. homeowner make their own judgement who to award the contract to, good or bad they will have to take it themself. you have bad experience with whoeven doesn't mean the other will kana too. more over you dun even engaged their services and you condemn their service sux, dun you sound unreasonable.

we are here in this forum to share experience so please dun condemn other who approached or engaged whoeven for their renovation. there are some forumers in renotalk did engaged thier service. if you really here to share your bad experience with us, then you should write out the detail here and dun just talk bad about other. if it is true then it is true, no need to hide.

i think by now many forumers are eagerly wanted to know your so called bad experience, so just share la.

there are alot of thread in this forum keep talking bad about whoever, but when ask to write out the detail of their bad experience then they muted. how to belive these comment are true right ?

i dun have to belive nor dun belive. everyone have their own common sense, iq & eq and know how to judge what is good, what is bad, what is true and what is false.

anyway, postings in the forum are for reference only.

nevertheless, i do hope you will found your ideal id or contractor to renovate you house. do start a blog or thread to share your renovation progress too.
