ariel2 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2008 (edited) I just want to warn anyone with this maid agency called Homeline at Punggol Plaza. The staff at the shop will seem to offer professional service but the nightmare begins the moment you paid up the agency fee. Unprofessional, lapse in ensuring full follow up, unfamiliar with MOM processes....and more. I have just lodged a complaint to thte assoc of maid agencies. Beware ...I dont know what is a good maid agency but I know what I dont need and want in one. Becasue of this unprofessional behavior, they have wasted 3 weeks of my time, and my mum is in urgent need of a full time carer still waiting in hospital!
