just visit the reno fair at expo... think alot of id are offering exactly what you did as standard package for kitchen and toilet... price range from $17.5k to $18.5k....

guess the price is pretty standard... but think is must ask how much does it cost for additional stuff... like the shower screen is onli for master toilet.. if u want for common toilet too.. i think they will charge u more than normal id.... so better compare afew first...

Yes, mostly ard that price....budget not enough coz initially only prepare to fork out 20k for everything

i think your quote is cheap. i have been quoted 13k - 17k for 2 toilets (hack everything, no need shower screen!) and 1 kitchen (hack everything and redo)! have not even gone into living and dining area!

how big is your 4room? is it 95sqm? mine is 84sqm but private. why is the price so different???!
