reborn76 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2008 Hi If you think you are being bullied by contractor, you can lodge a case with http://app.subcourts.gov.sg/sct/page.aspx?pageid=8617. Apparently, most of the renovation contract fall into that category which is engagement of a service. You can chose to ignore their company clause if you really has proved that they are not doing a good job. The registrar will review the case and give his court order accordingly. Because most contractor think people are stupid. The black sheep of the industry are as per mentioned in the FORUM....perhaps I as a RESIDENT of the jurong region would like to name Substance as one.
