1) HDB 3-5Rm Blk 220 +, near bedok centre, amenities: many many, everything you need from Bedok Library, Bedok MRT, Bedok Swimming complex, fair price, dvd stores, KFC, McDonalds, Cinema, etc etc.

Status: Completed, tenants moving in...

HDB 3-5 Rm Blk18A-D, centre of holland village, amenities: all type of restaurants and bars, starbuck, coffeebean, ah kun coffee, bakeries, crystal jade, hawker centre, food court, 24hrs coffee shop. cold storage (24hrs), ntuc fairprice, 7/11, bodyshop, sasa, guardian, watson, holland shopping centre. for marketing choice of 3 markets, one at holland village, holland drive and ghim moh market. many many more.....

15 mins away from botanic garden and orchard road. choice of 2 mrt east/west line (bouna vista) and circle line (holland village).

Status: to be complete 2011. most tenants are SERs but there are still some units left over for balloting (jan 07)
