Kitchen Woes

Hi Mr Chong,

I just got a new flat and would like to seek your advice on the layout.

The problem area is the kitchen. Kitchen door sort of faces the door. Read from many places that this is no good. Also, the kitchen stove faces the kitchen door. What is your recommendation to counter these?

I'm considering changing the door of kitchen even.

Hello

Common options are to change/shift the door or relocate the stove.

If you not using the stove often, place a plant inside the main door foyer area in the direction of the kitchen door. (to confirm after you give me the facing of house)

There are other options but you have to give me the compass direction.

Hi,

My main door faces east. I've not moved in the flat yet so not able to provide the actual compass readings.
