How To Deal With Old Aircon And Water Heater?

just bought a resale flat and last owner left the aircon (working but ran out of refrigerant) and water heater (tank heater). i does not intend to use them anymore and plan to buy the new model for replacement.

however, how should i deal with the old aircon and water heater? throwing away seems quite wasteful and at least they both in working condition. is there any place that i can sell to?

I'm in the same boat have 2 instant heaters and system 4 aircon... to throw is a waste and to sell it to karang guni man is pathetic..

anyone managed to get rid of these for good $$$ ;-)

new aircon comes with "free disposal" of old aircon...
