Hi first time buyer

i have ballot the April flat at having my first appointment next month

what can i expected in this appointment?

1)do i need to make decision on the day first appointment?

2)what is the qns normally we re expected to ask?

Hi there !

i also from april ballot.

1. Yes, first appointment is your selection date, and you must book your desired flat on the very same day.

If not, consider you give up your chance.

So all the homework should be done before the actual day.

2. Erm, the HDB officer will do all the SOP for you, so no need worry. If you eligible for anything

they will inform you as well. Just need to prepare 2k for booking + necessary documents.

Good luck picking your flat !

Think most of the items should be listed in the appointment letter.

There should also be a list of flats for selections enclosed.

do some homework if got time go to location to take a look.

have a few choice unless you q no is the first for the day.

While waiting, look at the display at the waiting area it will show units that are still avaible =)

You can keep track of the unit avaible from HDB site.

Next have alot of patience, i waited for abt an 1hr.

bring ATM or $$.

that's good seem like the chances are quite good now still got more than 160 unit left

my Q is 900+ and 8 June appointment.

is your unit near MRT? how much u pay for it?

Did you use My HDBpage under HDB website? perhap can login to see if there is any number you can call.

btw what does the SMS say? Your Q no. and appointment date?
