Yah... Very very sian to see so many footprints...... The company gave us 6 mths warranty that if the footprints don't go off, then we got to change the floorboard again lo.... BUT... For product manufactured in Europe, they will have printed Made in xxxx (country) in the packaging, even product made in Malaysia also stated except for product from China, they normally put German Technology. haiz... anyway... mafia_lim 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2009 after so long... its time to update..... So far the floorboards are ok.... Still can see some footprints but not as much as before.... Found a problem with another room where ppl played mahjong... Found that there is quite a long scratch on the floor... I thought Laminate should be scratch resistant???? I rather have windy than stuffy and clean. Later see see your scratch ok? How's it living in your new place? Maybe your house is near the expressway ba.. thats y windy.... But mine not so windy leh... Im at level 3... Later i go hm and take pic then i post... hee..... Living in new place stil quite ok... Near to central.... Stone's throw away to food and NTUC... ahahhaa.... Freedom also for only 2 of us.... I saw the progress of your house.... Very well done! Everything all in order and the work was done quite fast also ya.... How many years warranty is TARKETT offering? Errm.. Actually i forgot leh.. But i think its 30 yrs...... But i got warranty/gurantee for 6 mths becoz of the footprints i experienced for all 3 rooms.. So after 6 mths, if the floor i still walk and see footprints, then they got to come back and strip off everythin and change the whole floorboard to lighter color..... But.... very very crowded...... Oh ya.. need to ask you about ur ikea cupboards... See that you use quite alot of ikea stuff... are they gd? I used to have similar cupboard to put clothes.. the one beside your bed.... But then... after some time, saw dust can be found all over my clothes.... arrgh...... MmMm I have the intention of moving things around my room every 1-2 years... so for me quality is not of utmost concern. But so far it has served me well. But i prefer my little ODDA bedside table.
