hi mwerkz,

mine is considered a total overhaul incl wiring, accessories n everything...However the pricing is pretty subjective as it also depends on the type of material u choose, the quality factor, the bits n pieces u wanna customise for your house etc.

For me i felt the simple look is lasting & relaxing after a hard day's work ..Just choose something that u personally feel comfortable in & won't get bored after some time..As i remembered Mace ( a senior forummer here) once mentioned - make your house look like a home, not a hotel :notti:

Gratz mel on your newly renovated home. :D

Hi Jack,

Thank you thank you, now i'm stayin more closer to u liao in this yishun area, heheh :notti: Anyway the other day i saw the tv consol in ur blog, very nice :dribble: , too bad for me it's out of my budget..nevertheless u got really good taste in all your stuffs, so can't wait to see ur reno complete too :yamseng:

so niceeeeeeeeee congrats yaaa..... i cannot tahan really want to feel that feeling too hahahaha.... but i must wait until sept lerrrrr hahahaha......

Thanks very very much CPE :):):) Don't worry, the time will come sooner then u think...actually you must enjoy your planning & renovation period, because this is the time where u'll be very full of hope & anticipation :) ..When my reno ended, my hubby n i felt a little reluctant for Patrick to handover to us :P ..during the reno period we came almost everyday, watching in anticipation as our house slowly unveils itself & surprise us. Before that everything was in sketches or imagination only, but slowly those became real and we're quite satisfied with the results :paint:

It has been a good experience, not exactly smooth or perfect, but we've learnt things that we nvr knew . Now that the anticipation is over, it's time to kick back n enjoy the fruits of our labour...well actually not that relaxed yet, cos we still need to unpack :( Anyway we still need to decor our house a bit, so still something to look forward to :notti:

I didn't do L-box/ false ceiling, only did cornice, to make my area feel more spacious (i personally feel pressed down under a false ceiling, so didn't opt for that :P )

Sure no prob, u can ask anything or PM me if u want, i'll try to help as much as i can :thumbs up:

Meanwhile... i'm still trying to find where is my card reader, that's y i'm still unable to post any pics after i move in..gotta look thru the boxes 1 by 1..wish i can take leave ..tired man :help::P

Wall decal by Modishop - simply love it :wub: The guy who sold us this is the shop owner himself- very nice & helpful. Even though we bought only 1 set of wall decal <$90, he delivered the thing directly to our doorstep FOC.
