I've seen maids do all sorts of stunts just to clean windows, and I'm getting a part-time domestic helper with my place. I don't want to endanger her life, so wondering if you guys have some good tips to share?

I had a magnetic cleaner for my fish tank when I was younger, you run this little magnetic plate outside the tank, and inside there's a cleaner that sticks on. Is there someting similar for windows?
