Convert Standing Lamp To Chandelier

Hi,

I have a standing lamp which i would want to convert to chandelier. Any idea where can i get the wires etc to hang it? I have some ppics below. Any suggestions on how to convert into a chandelier?? Thanks!

bebe: may i know where you got this lamp? and how much?. I saw in a recent magazine, they displayed one that is a chandelier on a show house.

thats true. haha. only the problem is we r diy-ing our electricity part. so no electrician. i guess we have to continue thinking.

hi wuga98, my lamp is from lush. mine is the big standing version.. they have a table lamp version, and as chandelier too, which shld be the one u saw in magazine.

u have a very nice lamp. better be careful rather than spoilt a gem in ur hand now...

the issue to innovate a safe hanging device to hold ur lamp while cutting away its bottom stand.
