Really a good price considering you are hacking off all the toilet tiles, doing so much carpentry, changing all the doors, so many glass doors/panels, granite top and inverter aircon. Scout around, discuss more and read up more, the process is tedious but you will learn more & more about what is a reasonable quote, what are the strategies employed by renovators and where you could pitch in and save some money etc. the quote is from *** design.. found that ideal hse quote is way too high.. My advise is don't be in a hurry to sign unless you are in a rush to move-in.
