Why does an electrician still quote for one? my assumption is that you bought a pretty old flat, and that many people usually will want to change to a new DB as the old one would have turn yellowish by now. So usual std for electrician to quote n up to u to change or not. If not, it might b that u have so many extra points that your existing DB is not able to handle.
