btw that (max. tiles rate S$2.50 per sqft), you can try to negotiate it up to $3.00 per sqft

Some comments:

1) u sure u wanna do ceramic tiles? Homo tiles is the in thing now. Saw an upgrade package.

2) cement screeding u can actually ask HDB do it for you for free, if u wanna do parquet, when collecting keys.

3) Kitchen, toilet and Bomb shelter are already tiled.

4) 10mm = 1cm glass door is very heavy, u sure? It's like opening bank door. Also doing swing, I doubt that place has enough allowance, will hit the bomb shelter door.

Ya, better to have a proper breakdown rather than a 1 lump sum.
