I'm super new here. BTW, That Is one great piece of design, Like that alot!!!

your floor plan is very similar to mine. i guess your unit is near the baungkok Mrt right?

Currently i'm sourcing for IDs as well.Managed to engage Earnest, A&D and IDealHouse so far, but only 2 replied back to me with their floor plan and quotation. however as compare with my quotation, your quote seem to be much affordable.. Although we cannot compare apple to apple in terms of requirement, but in general your quotation is 7k-9k less than mine.

One more pointer. have you taken account for electrical work like lighting..Spot light? which is not listed from the list.

Can you PM me your ID? very keen to seek other ID opinion.
