Shift existing kitchen light switch point to living hall (near kitchen entrance).

Shift existing 1 no. of double socket power point at kitchen.

Shift existing 1 no. of double socket power point **** hall TV area (conceal wiring).

Shift existing 1 no. of SCV point **** hall TV area (conceal wiring).

Lay 10 nos. of PLC lighting point **** hall L-box - include installation labour for lightings.

Lay 1 no. of PLC lighting point at dining hall false ceiling - include installation labour for lightings.

Lay 2 nos. of PLC lighting point at passageway false ceiling - include installation labour for lightings.

Lay 8 nos. of PLC lighting point at master bedroom L-box - include installation labour for lightings.

Shift existing ceiling light point **** hall, dining hall & foyer (conceal wiring).

Lay 1 no. of switch point for cooker hood.

Supply labour to install total of 11 nos. of ceiling light for whole house.

Supply & install powdercoated aluminium frame with tinted green glass sliding window (3-way) at service

yard - c/w 2 nos. of top-hung window.

c/w top-hanging sliding track.

Why are some companies not registered? (Is it becoz they only able to give customers better price if not registered???)
