Searching For Id Contractor

Hi,

I will be getting keys for my 3rm HDB resale flat on Jun 08. Right now, got hard time finding a ID contractor that can give me a good price..My budget is 20k exclude furniture. Can anyone knows any company that has good workmanship, reasonable price and good reputation?

It is better to get an ID near your new place. This way, you can follow up with ID and your ID could visit your place more frequently to do follow up. Get an ID not so calculative and in the end you will find that you save more cost than more hidden cost to bear. I just did my 2 toilets and very happy with my ID who is located at Toh Guan JE.
