Yup, the water dispenser at the carpark. They've activated the cashcard device le.

And I like that at least the 2 lots allocated for washing car is separated, unlike the other MSCPs which are side by side. I wash car pretty 'violently'- i.e. splash alot of water around

think yes, it is able to change the power socket to normal ones, but dun know is it legal or not, think you need to check with your electrician.

if i not wrong, i think its for those type of air con that are fix on the cupboard under the windows. I still remember last time my system 1 air con fix this way and the power socket is round one..

Oh... I plan to clean the service yard metal poles once a month or once every two months, afterall most things need to be maintained e.g. Human body needs exercises, laptop needs cleaning and maintenance, hob and hoob needs cleaning etc.

Agreed got to check with electrician. My ID told me this round socket "current" is stronger than normal socket as it's used for windowed air-con..

There are things which you can try, and there are things which you should leave it to the specialist. Electrical stuffs are best left for electricians to settle unless you want to risk burning down your new house.

there's a power socket beside the aircon ledge (inside the master bedroom), and its rounded. Is that a normal power socket? But how come its round?

it's a 15A socket, normal ones are only 13A. U can of coz change it to normal socket, very easy to DIY. But don't run small appliances (e.g alarm clock) using that coz it's high current, can potentially burn your thing. Vaccum cleaner those things are ok.

There is NO additional charge for transporting tiles to your unit!. The renovator is in the business of renovation, NOT transport, courier or logistics. Cost of the material to end-user includes the purchase price, sales taxes, transportation fees during shipment, assembly, installation, and all other costs associated with making the item ready for use + vendor's profit.

If there is, it's a bloody under-handed way of profiteering exploitation of uninformed home owners. And no one should be made to believe this is the norm.

East Coast Town Council provides the haulage service which includes sand transportation and debris removal for new flat owner doing renovation works. This service does not include the provision of sand. You may make arrangement with the contractor separately.

The haulage fee has to be paid to the Town Council. Payment can be made at our service counter at Blk 206 Bedok North St 1 #01-353 Singapore 460206. The latest rates are available from 1800 4449549.
