Anybody having a Sys 3 + a Sys 1? I was told by my ID tat I need to apply for permit for an extra 15amp switch for Sys 3 (assuming that if the current 15amp switch provided by HDB is being used for my Sys 1). Is it true? How much to pay? I understand both cannot co-exist on the same 15amp switch as it will tripped.

:dunno:

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

Bought all my lights today.....so happy....Spend about $1.6K in total. Went Pantech & Chelsea, but their pricing not very attractive and their designs are all so common. Bought all mine @ Hylite Deco (located in between Pantech & Chelsea) as their designs are all so modern & "tech-ky". How I wish to buy all the lights....Ha Ha!!! :sport-smiley-004:

Anyway, the owner is very friendly and gave us a lot of advices too on our selection of lights. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs her contact details. :good: In fact, I'm surprised to find that quite a number of our LGians actually bought from them too when the owner showed me her sales invoices.

Does anyone knows what's the white color pipe sticking out of the ground for both the service yard & the kitchen? Can we cut them off? What's the pros & cons?

:dunno:

They should be the outlet for water. Perhaps can confirm with your contractor. :)

Good Day neighbours, im facing a bit of situation and would like to seek advise. I have hacked the kitchen wall to have a bar counter there.

Kitchen.jpg

During the tile laying my ID pointed out that the kitchen tile is slope from right to left (frm seeing photo). This is for water flow towards the drainage. The problem is it cannot be aligned to the living room tile which is flat. Is this true that tiles frm living rm cannot be aligned to kitchen?

tile.jpg

im considering whether to ask ID to retile or options to conceal the step in tiles alignment.

Oh no....my ID or tiler did not tell me anything like that too. But I think I might have the same issue with you when I try to connect the living/dinner area floor tile to the kitchen floor tile (which I'm overlaying too). Can anyone who has completed this area of reno advise?

Thanks.

Ya, I have the same problem too, end up install a shallow kerb over the matching line.

Ya, I have check with a few shops and confirmed Toshiba brand both fan coil and condenser are make and assemble in Japan, while Mitsubishi make in Japan but assemble in Malaysia. So, we get the Toshiba inverter and going to install next Tuesday.

Hi Fred,

I am using the Sys 3 + Sys 1. I am using two switch, one inverter using the aircon latch power swith, another using MBR socket (ROUND pin). no need to use extra switch...

Initially i thought need to built too. but they said the round pin (i think is 15A, as i forgotten already) is sufficient.

OK...But which one is for which switch? Did u keep both switches "always on"?

Hi, do you mean to say you constructed a shallow kerb between" the dining area & the kitchen, ie, something like our walkway to the toilet?
