Madfish 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2008 We recently bought a unit which comes with gas stove but for some reason, there is no government piping gas into the place, hence need to rely on LNG gas cylinders. Am contemplating to switch over to induction stove instead, but don't know what other considerations I shld be aware of (specific type of pots, etc).. can anyone advise? Thanks. latitude 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2008 u must buy appropriate pots + check that yr power point supporting the stove can provide sufficient power . I think it is 16 AMP for 2 induction and 32AMP for 4 induction hobs (to confirm with yr supplier). the area around the induction hob is resist up to 100degree or something like that..
