Hi to all ID/Contractors who read this forum, I just bought a 5I HDB. This is an 18 years unit at Bukit Batok. I'm looking for a contractor to do a very basic reno for this flat (due to budget ).

The current layout of the unit:

My proposed arrangement:

there are 2 structural changes in my design:

1. Enlarge bedroom-2. This involve knocking down of part of the wall and make new one.

2. Make a door to connect MBR to bedroom-3. Please supply the door as well.

As for the masonry works, I need:

1. Supply & install waterproofing for kitchen and both bathrooms.

2. Supply & install heavy-duty homogenous flooring for kitchen.

3. Supply & install non-slip homogenous flooring for bathrooms.

4. Supply & install full-height wall-tiles for bathrooms.

5. Supply & install wall tiles for kitchen (only the exposed walls around

kitchen-top only)

6. Supply & install mortar base for fridge, washing machine and cabinets.

7. Construct entrance kerb to the bathrooms.

8. Supply & install new rubbish chute

Plumbing works:

1. Supply & install new pipes for kitchen and both bathrooms.

2. Change sewage pipe to new PVC pipe.

2. Supply & install inlet/outlet pipes for kitchen sink and washing machine.

3. Labour to install WC Pedestal, Basin, instant heater, and other toilet accessories.

Ceiling works:

1. False ceiling for living & dining area.

2. Simple cornices for 3 bedrooms

Carpentry:

1. Kitchen cabinet (about 25 ft run)

2. Master bedroom wardrobe (about 6.5 ft)

Flooring:

1. Option A: Laminate flooring for Dining/Living + 3 bedrooms.

2. Option B: Homogenous tiles for Dining/Living + 3 bedrooms (incl. hacking of the current tiles).

Other stuff:

1. Painting of whole house (including doors, pipes, etc).

2. Solid plaster and sealers for whole unit

3. Other standard stuff (such as demolition work, chemical wash, clear

debris, haulage, hdb permit, etc)

I really hope to find a real that can give me a good .
