greenskyiv 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2008 As mentioned yesterday, the sofa etc was delivered last Wed. Here's a picture of it. Sofa,Ottoman and Coffee Table: Hie hie...we chose red for the low-back sofa as we thot that all the ash grey coloured carpentry is making the whole place looked a bit dull, it needs some brightening up! Luckily it is not a big set too as the way we arranged our sitting area doesn't allow for big/long sofa sets. Took leave today to wait for the curtain guys to come and do installation. Really...the whole place looked so much cosier with the curtains up. The same sitting area with curtains:
greenskyiv 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2008 (edited) The colour of the curtains for the living room seems different under different lightings. They are in both day and night layers of platinum. I love the organza layer! Here a view of the curtains in cosy cove lights at the cosy area: The rather bare cosy area at this moment, it needs some more big comfy cushions, hope to find suitable ones soon : View of it in plain white lights for the window near the dining n kitchen area: haiz...my system takes a long time to upload the pics and keeps hanging. Guess i will leave updates of the other rooms to another day bah. Edited May 21, 2008 by greenskyiv

greenskyiv 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2008 Hihi!! your curtains looks great!! How much you spent on yr curtains? Whole rooms curtains or got some roman blinds?? Can PM me the contact?? Thanks! No prob Spinball, i will PM u. U can chk it out if u interested. I spent a bomb on the curtains but no pain no gain. They cost me abt 2.2k for all the windows in the house but mostly bcos i did double layers except for study n guest room. I will post pics of the other rooms soon. I ordered curtains for the whole house as i prefer the softer and cosier feel of curtains but i do know that this company also do other stuffs like blinds, string curtains etc.
greenskyiv 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2008 I will continue on uploading the pics of the other rooms' curtains today... Curtains for the MBR main windows(White organza and silver layers): Curtains for the service windows and string curtains at the right(to block direct view of the sleeping area from the MBR doorway): Closer view of the string curtains in a mix of white and silver, to match the rest of the curtains in the MBR for a more uniform look: The guest room and study room both have single layer of the same type of fabric but different in shades of colour only. The guest room, is the platinium colour a bit dark???: The study room in a softer ivory colour:
