Oso how shd I check if my floor tiles r even?? will appreciate any tips... i do not know about HDB. but if it is condominium, you can call the management and ask them to resand your bed room for free. it is consider a defect and homeowner and ask the contractor to resand the timber floor and revarnish for you again at their cost. again, i do not know whether hdb practise the same as for condo. as for how your know your floor tiles are even ... the standard procedures is usually to place a long metal ruler on the ground and check. ok. that is all i know.
