DESCRIPTION KITCHEN 1. To supply labour and re-polish existing kitchen Corian solid surface table top. (Length : 13’) S$500 2. To supply and construct tempered glass panels backing at kitchen walls where existing cabinets are constructed including remove existing stainless sheet at cooking area. S$850 3. To supply and replace 6pcs of floor tiles at washing machine area using back same existing flooring tiles. KIV SUB TOTAL S$1350 Master Bedroom 1. To supply construct one false wall using partition board c/w plaster smooth surfaces behind the bed frame. (Length: 6’). S$380 SUB TOTAL S$380 Master & Common Toilets 1. To supply and lay new floor tiles using non-slip homogenous tiles at 02 toilets flooring. S$900 2. To supply and tile up new wall tiles to ceiling height at common toilet. S$1200 3. To supply and tile up new wall tiles to ceiling height at master toilet. S$1200 4. To supply and apply water membrane at two toilets flooring. S$200 5. To supply labour to growl window below edges at Living, Guest room & master bedroom. F.O.C 3. To supply labour to patch existing crack lines hair in plaster smooth finishes at Guest room. F.O.C 4. To supply labour to dismantle existing one open shelving **** hall. F.O.C 5. To supply labour to dismantle existing exhaust fans at master & common toilets. F.O.C 6. What kind of tempered glass showerscreen design, brand or price should I consider? 10mm thickness? Frameless? What kind of tiles range should I ask for ? <$3 per square feet? Please advise thanks hacking is a 1 time job, no matter what you are going to hack, they will charge u 1 lump sum. This one i think u can negotiate... As for polishing of kitchen top... nt too sure... but i repolish my marble flooring is $900 for whole living... the area shd be bigger than ur top bah... i think.
