This morning, went to new place to dong tu at around 10pm

before that we arranged with our potential contractor to meet at 945am

well as usual i was late around 10min

Contractor Jame looked around for a while and noted the existing layout

he could only roughly sketch and needed a floorplan so i have to call the stopid office to see if they have

anyway half an hr later, my geomancer came and also noted the surroundings. we then used a hammer with red ribbon to knock 3 times in the middle of our new home (north-south direction)

anyway have to wait for the quote as contractor will only be back on tues

meanwhile weekend look for good deals again

Weekend really too short

Had to go family chalet and then to friends housewarming

We were walking around in Bedok Central (where the new HDBs were)

very nice!!

anyway we went to the ABC shop there (its like a Daiso) and bought some sponges, laundry bags for like even cheaper than Daiso.

great place!!

Sunday we went to Mega at Katong Mall as they were having an LG sale

nothing bought but at least we KIVed some fridges

Also went to Courts at Tampines and Parkway to compare prices

today Alexandra Hong Liang!!

think Genova pxs more competitive

Saw this Arino sink at Hupfarri at SGD580

the gal said made in italy

i like say sure anot and only can give 5% discount

oh and we found this aunties shop across the road from Hupfari

Wanted to sell me Joven heater 25l at 240SGD

but her Johnson Suisse sinks were quite cheap

ranging from 150SGDto 250SGD

worth considering

also Johnson Suisse toilet bowl at 150SGD

yesterday evening, Maximum Credit!!! little did i knw that this place was also owned by Hong Liang!!

haha

actually we did not knw until we stepped into the lighting shop which was just next to Maximum Credit

anyway we bought our hob

Rinnai RB3SS GB. uncle gave a gd px and we felt that it was reasonable

anyway we been eyeing this for a long time and px was the best

our hob!!

WTB loved this at Haikel Lights (next to Max credit)

although this shop was not recommended by the forums

sigh

wat to do

anyway just 1 light for our dinner table

if anything cocks up , loss wont be great

but the boss was very friendly and patient

price was good too

and we loved it!!!
